Service process:
1. Pre-sales:
Establish a profile, establish contact with customers, introduce the relevant information about our factory's technology and equipment, understand user needs, recommend appropriate equipment, implement trial materials and relevant technical preparations, and refine technical parameters.
2. During the sale:
Provide users with relevant drawings and technical information, coordinate the installation and construction of user equipment, inform users of the production speed and quality. Ensure that the user's project progress is synchronized and coordinated with the equipment manufacturing process. Handle emergencies and maintain good communication with users.
3. After-sales service:
Dispatch personnel to the user's site to guide the installation, take responsibility for debugging until the product is delivered for use.
② Responsible for providing operation and maintenance skills training for relevant user personnel.
③ Provide spare parts with high quality and competitive prices on a long-term basis.
④ The equipment comes with a one-year warranty. If the equipment is damaged due to its own quality within one year after acceptance, we will be responsible for free repairs. If the malfunction is caused by improper operation, a cost for materials will be charged. We also implement a 48-hour service and repair policy, which means we must respond to the user's questions within the first 24 hours after receiving their message. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we will arrive at the user's site within the next 24 hours to solve the problem.
