The YPG series pressure spray dryer is a device capable of simultaneously completing drying and granulation. According to process requirements, the pressure, flow rate, and nozzle size of the feed pump can be adjusted to obtain spherical particles of a desired size ratio.
The feed solution is pumped at high pressure through a diaphragm pump, spraying out as misty droplets, which then descend in parallel with the hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected at the bottom discharge outlet of the tower. The exhaust gas and its fine powder are separated by a cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by a suction fan, while the powder is collected by a powder collecting cylinder located at the lower end of the cyclone separator. A secondary dust removal device can also be equipped at the outlet of the fan, achieving a recovery rate of over 96-98%.

1. Fast drying speed: After atomization, the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased. In the hot airflow, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time only takes a few dozen seconds to tens of seconds, making it particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
2. All products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity, good solubility, high purity, and good quality.
3. Wide range of applications. Depending on the characteristics of the material, it can be dried using hot air or granulated using cold air, demonstrating strong adaptability to various materials.
4. The operation is simple and stable, with convenient control, making it easy to achieve automated operations.

Note:
1. The amount of water evaporation is related to material characteristics and evaporation temperature. In this table, calculations are based on an inlet air temperature of 150~160℃.
2. Users can choose drying methods such as downstream, countercurrent, and powder return to achieve the desired product effect.
3. The flowchart is only for illustration purposes. Users are advised to purchase the components according to their needs.
