Product Introduction

The special wedge-shaped stirring heat transfer blades in the equipment have high heat transfer efficiency and self-cleaning function of the heat transfer surface. The hollow shaft is densely packed with wedge-shaped hollow blades, through which the heat medium flows. The heat transfer area per unit effective volume is large, and the temperature of the heat medium ranges from -40℃ to 320℃. It can be steam or a liquid, such as hot water or heat transfer oil. Indirect conduction heating is employed, without carrying away heat through air, ensuring that all heat is used to heat the material. The heat loss is only through the insulation layer of the device to the environment. The wedge-shaped blade heat transfer surface has a self-cleaning function. The relative motion between the material particles and the wedge-shaped surface produces a scrubbing effect, which can remove the material adhering to the wedge-shaped surface, maintaining a clean heat transfer surface during operation. The shell of the blade dryer is omega-shaped, and generally houses two to four hollow mixing shafts. The shell is equipped with sealed end caps and an upper cover to prevent material dust from leaking and fully exert its function.   
The heat transfer medium passes through the rotary joint, flows through the shell jacket and the hollow mixing shaft. The hollow mixing shaft has different internal structures depending on the type of heat medium, to ensure optimal heat transfer efficiency.

Product Features

 Large heat transfer area, compact structure, and small footprint.
The thermal energy utilization rate is high, the energy consumption is low, and the loading capacity can reach 70-80% of the cylinder volume. Due to indirect heating, there is no large amount of air carrying away heat. The outer wall of the dryer is also equipped with insulation layer, and only 1.2kg of water vapor is needed to evaporate 1kg of water.
Wedge shaped blades have self-cleaning ability, which can improve the heat transfer effect of the blades.
The material has a wide range of applicability, using different heat media to handle both thermosensitive materials and materials that require high temperature drying. Common media include steam, thermal oil, hot water, cooling water, etc. It can operate continuously or intermittently and can be applied in many fields.
Stable operation and uniform drying of the product. Due to the special expansion stirring effect of the wedge-shaped blade, the material is fully in contact with the heat transfer surface, resulting in a small temperature, humidity, and mixing gradient of the material in the axial range, ensuring the stability of the process.
Low operating costs, the device only requires one person for normal operation, low-speed mixing, and a reasonable structure. The wear and tear is small, and the maintenance cost is very low.
