Product Overview

Hot air circulation oven, after multiple upgrades and replacements, has reached the domestic and international level;
After multiple modifications, the CT-C series oven has been formed, which all uses axial flow fans, is equipped with an automatic constant temperature control system, and has a backup computer control system for selection. The thermal efficiency reaches about 70%. It uses steam or electricity as a heat source and uses an axial flow fan to heat the air through convective heat exchange in the heat exchanger. The hot air flows laminar through the drying plate and transfers heat to the material. Continuously replenishing fresh air and continuously expelling humid and hot air to ensure appropriate relative humidity inside the oven. The major feature of this series of ovens is that some of the hot air circulates inside the oven, and the entire circulation process is enclosed, thereby enhancing heat transfer and saving energy.

Main technical parameters and related explanations

1. Heating sources include steam, electricity, far-infrared, and electric steam for users to choose from.
2. Usage temperature: Steam heating at 50-140 ℃.
3. Electricity usage and far-infrared temperature range from 50-350 ℃.
4. Equipped with self-control system and computer control system for users to choose from.
5. The commonly used steam pressure is 0.2-0.8Mpa (0.2-8kg/cm2).
6. Equipped with electric heating, calculated according to Type I, 15KW, practical 5-8kw/h.
7. Special requirements shall be specified at the time of ordering.
8. The price of non-standard ovens is negotiable.
9. If the operating temperature is greater than 140 ℃ or less than 60 ℃, it should be specified when ordering.
10. Our factory produces drying cars with uniformly sized drying plates that can be interchanged.
11. Drying tray size: 460 × 640 × 45mm.
