

Colostrum is a precious milk secreted by healthy cows within 72 hours after delivery. It is rich in high concentrations of immunoglobulin (IgG, etc.), lactoferrin, growth factors, amino acids, and various trace elements, and has excellent effects such as enhancing immunity, promoting growth and development, and regulating intestinal microbiota. However, its bioactive substances are temperature sensitive, and traditional thermal processing methods can easily lead to deactivation. The dairy freeze dryer can retain over 95% of the nutrients through vacuum sublimation.

The DM-FZG series dairy freeze-drying machine is a freeze-drying equipment specifically designed for heat sensitive and highly active biological products such as colostrum. Pre treated liquid colostrum is rapidly cooled in the equipment to below its eutectic point (usually<-40 ℃), causing the internal moisture to freeze into tiny ice crystals while retaining the active substance. Then, under vacuum, the solid ice crystals are sublimated directly into water vapor by temperature control, without going through the liquid water stage. The freeze dryer effectively avoids protein denaturation and immunoglobulin inactivation.
